Whole Wheat Challah Rolls Recipe

Delicious for shabbos.

Ingredients
2 tbsp yeast
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
7 cups white whole wheat flour
2 cups rye flour
2 cups oat bran flour
1 tbsp salt
2 egg whites
2 tsp. sugar
Directions
  1. Dissolve yeast into the (warm) water with sugar.

  2. Wait until it foams/bubbles up.

  3. Put all the ingredients in a bread machine.

  4. Set it on the Dough cycle.

  5. When the cycle is finished take it out and form into rolls.

  6. Let rise for about 30 minutes.

  7. Bake on 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
