Delicious for shabbos.
| 2 | tbsp yeast |
| 2 1/2 | cups water |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
| 1/4 | cup coconut oil |
| 7 | cups white whole wheat flour |
| 2 | cups rye flour |
| 2 | cups oat bran flour |
| 1 | tbsp salt |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 2 | tsp. sugar |
- Dissolve yeast into the (warm) water with sugar.
- Wait until it foams/bubbles up.
- Put all the ingredients in a bread machine.
- Set it on the Dough cycle.
- When the cycle is finished take it out and form into rolls.
- Let rise for about 30 minutes.
- Bake on 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
