Southwestern Veggie Burger Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Match faux ground beef
1/4 cup corn, chopped
1/4 cup black beans, chopped
2 servings green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and form into patties.

  2. Grill or sauté on a nonstick prepared surface over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until heated through.

  3. Serve on a bun with your favorite Southwest condiments
