| 2 | tbs olive oil |
| 16 | ounce frozen stir fry vegetables |
| 2 | cups broccoli florets |
| 10 1/2 | ounce cream of chicken soup |
| 16 | ounce boneless, skinless, chicken breast fillets |
| 1 1/2 | cups water |
- cook rice per package instructions until almost done
- heat oil in skillet
- cook chicken breast 4 minutes per side, remove and set aside
- add cream of chicken soup
- add water
- stir and bring to a boil
- add vegetables except rice to boiling mixture
- simmer approximately 2 minutes
- add partially cooked rice
- simmer until rice is completely cooked, about 5 minutes
- cube chicken
