Take this, add fruit, make mix

Ingredients
18 g protein powder (used 15g ISOfemme which is similar to item 100010)
63 g yogurt (100g Yoplait Source Sugar Free, Fat free)
125 g skim milk
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except ice.

  2. Add desired additives.

  3. Add ice cubes, 4 at a time, to be crushed until desired consistency is reached.
