Pasta with Chicken and Artichoke Hearts Recipe

Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients
1 lbs. whole wheat pasta
8 ounces chicken breast
4 cups chicken broth
2 ounces virgin olive oil
8 ounces artichoke hearts
Directions
  1. Fry chicken and artichoke hearts with olive oil

  2. Boil the pasta

  3. Prepare the chicken broth from fresh chicken parts (bones, skin, 2 cups water, cook about 15 mins.) add seasoning (garlic and onion powder, basil, salt and pepper) to taste, strain out the parts, add corn starch (1 ½ tsps. to 1 cup water, stir into to broth until thicken.

  4. Combine broth and pasta with chicken and artichokes, cook all about 10 mins. more.

  5. Serve with a sprinkle of Pecorino Romano Cheese.
