Foil wrapped and baked green beans, potatoes, onions & 'meatball' patties.
| 1 | lb. ground beef |
| 2 | large potatoes |
| 4 | cups green beans |
| 2 | medium yellow onion |
| 4 | tbsp. margarine |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1/2 | cup breadcrumbs |
| 2 | tsp. steak seasoning |
| 1 | tsp. garlic seasoning |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay out 4 large piece of foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Equally divide the veggies and layer sliced potatoes, diced onions, and green beans on foil pieces.
- Place 1 tbsp. margarine on each foil mixtue and sprinkle with the garlic seasoning mix.
- In a bowl add steak seasoning, egg whites, and breadcrumbs to the hamburger and mix well.
- Divide hamburger mixture in 4 equal pieces; place on top of veggie mix.
- Seal the veggies/meat in the foil creating packets.
- Place packets on cookie sheet and bake for approximately one hour.
- Use caution when opening due to steam.
