| 1 | clove garlic, chopped |
| 19 | ounce garbanzo beans |
| 4 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 2 | tbsp tahini |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
- Put all ingredients except olive oil in blender
- Blend until smooth
- Transfer to serving bowl and top with olive oil.
- Serves 20
