Easy Hummus Recipe

Makes 20 servings


Garbanzo beans, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, garlic, salt

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, chopped
19 ounce garbanzo beans
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients except olive oil in blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Transfer to serving bowl and top with olive oil.

  4. Serves 20
