| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1 | cup water |
| 1 | cup lemon juice |
| 4 | cups cold water |
- Add sugar to a saucepan and one cup of water.
- Heat until sugar has dissolved.
- Leave to cool.
- Add lemon juice of 8 lemons (approx. 1 cup's worth).
- Pour into jug.
- Add cold water.
- Serve with ice and sliced lemons.
