Egg and potatoes

| 4 | potatoes |
| 1/2 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
- Cut potatoes into small cubes
- Fry in a little olive oil for 10 minutes.
- Crack 5 whole eggs on top of potatoes.
- Cover. Lower heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of eggs.
