Egg and potatoes

Ingredients
5 eggs
4 potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Cut potatoes into small cubes

  2. Fry in a little olive oil for 10 minutes.

  3. Crack 5 whole eggs on top of potatoes.

  4. Cover. Lower heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of eggs.
