| 250 | g penne pasta |
| 30 | g black lentils |
- Boil lentils for 20 mins in a large pan.
- After 20 mins, add the dry pasta and cook until soft (al dente preferrably).
- Drain, and leave to cool for half an hour.
- Mix mayonnaise, tuna and sweetcorn with pasta, and divide into separate servings to take for lunch the following day.
