Tuna Sweetcorn Pasta Recipe

Penne pasta boiled with lentils, mixed with tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise.

Ingredients
4 tbspn Low Fat Mayonnaise
142 g Canned Sweetcorn
130 g tinned tuna in brine
250 g penne pasta
30 g black lentils
Directions
  1. Boil lentils for 20 mins in a large pan.

  2. After 20 mins, add the dry pasta and cook until soft (al dente preferrably).

  3. Drain, and leave to cool for half an hour.

  4. Mix mayonnaise, tuna and sweetcorn with pasta, and divide into separate servings to take for lunch the following day.
