An easy summer squash dish that can be cooked in the oven or right on the grill. The preparation can be done in advance.

Ingredients
| 2 |
lb. yellow squash |
| 1 |
large onion |
| 1 |
tbsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt |
Directions
- Slice squash about 1/2 inch thick on an angle. Cut onion in half and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Place squash and onions on 3 ft. strip of heavy duty foil. Season with seasoned salt, salt & pepper, or other seasoning of your choice. A little oil or butter "may" be added, although it is not necessary. Crimp & roll long long sides, making squash in approx. 8 inch tube. Crimp & roll short ends, leaving squash tightly wrapped in foil rectangle
- Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour on baking sheet. Alternatively, squash may be placed on the grill (not directly over the fire) and cooked along with other food. Because grill temperatures vary, squash may take up to 2 hours
- Remove foil bag from heat. Release one end, being careful not to burn yourself. Dump squash into serving bowl.
