Beterrabas ao Suco de Laranja

O suco de laranja da mais sabor aa beterraba

Ingredients
1 tbsp corn, starch
1 tbsp sugar
760 g beet, sweet
2 dash salt
100 ml orange juice
1 tsp margarine
Directions
  1. Cozinhar as beterrabas , escorrer,descarcar e partir em pedaços. Para preservar a cor e nutrientes deixar 5 cm de cabo e só descascar depois de cozidas.

  2. Fazer o molho juntando açucar, maizena, sal com o suco e 2 colheres de chá de casca de laranja, mexendo até obter um caldo uniforme.

  3. Cozinhar em fogo brando mexendo de 5 a 8 minutos até ficar mingau.

  4. Juntar a margarinae misturar até obter um creme liso e homogêneo.

  5. Colocar o molho sobre as beterrabas quentes, guarnecer com gomos de laranja e servir.
