Yummy no guilt coleslaw

Ingredients
| 450 |
grams white cabbage |
| 2 |
medium carrots, peeled and grated |
| 1 |
medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced |
| 3 |
fl oz low fat mayonnaise |
| 3 |
fl oz yoghurt, greek style |
| 3 |
tablespoons lemon juice |
| 1 |
salt and pepper, season to taste |
Directions
- Cut the stalk end from the cabbage and
- remove any discoloured or limp outer leaves.
- Quarter the cabbage, lengthwise, and trim off and discard the core or give it to your rabbit or guinea pig.
- Shred the cabbage finely. Place in a bowl and toss with the carrots, onion, mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice mix well and season to taste.
