Ingredients
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons flour
1 large egg
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons butter
Directions
  1. Whisk together milk, flour, egg, sugar, cinnamon, and 2 teaspoons butter until smooth. Chill batter, covered, 30 minutes.

  2. Cook.
