Ingredients
10 oz mahi mahi , or any mild white fish
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Season fish with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet. Add mahi mahi to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
