Baked Sweet Potato French Fries Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 large sweet potato
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp seasoning salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Peel and cut potato into thin fries. Toss and coat with oil and seasoning salt.

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
