| 1 | cup Whole Wheat Graham Flour |
| 1 | cup Wheat Bran, Unprocessed (Millers Bran) |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/8 | tsp cloves |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 | egg |
| 8 | oz. nonfat plain yogurt |
| 1 | tbsp oil |
| 2 | tbsp flax seed, ground |
| 1 | cup blueberries |
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Add egg, yogurt and oil.
- Add fruit.
- Mix only until dry ingredients are moist.
- Fill greased muffin pan and bake at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes.
