Gluten Free Brownie Pudding Recipe

hot chocolate brownie

Ingredients
1/3 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
5 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup rice flour
3/4 cup splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
  1. heat oven to 350%

  2. grease a 8 x 8 pan

  3. combine 3/4 cup brwn sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 5 tsp coffee,pinch of salt.Gradually add 1 2/3 cups hot water and vanilla in saucepan. bring to a simmer over low heat.can be made a day ahead.

  4. whisk 1 cup of rice flour or 1/2 cup rice flour and 1/4 cup flax and 1/4 cup walnut flour.mix in milk,applesauce and vanilla.spread in pan. pour syrup over top and bake for about 40 min.

  5. top with whipped cream
