| 5 | tsp instant coffee |

| 1 | cup rice flour |
| 3/4 | cup splenda |
| 2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 1/4 | cup applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup walnuts |
| 1/2 | cup chocolate chips |
- heat oven to 350%
- grease a 8 x 8 pan
- combine 3/4 cup brwn sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 5 tsp coffee,pinch of salt.Gradually add 1 2/3 cups hot water and vanilla in saucepan. bring to a simmer over low heat.can be made a day ahead.
- whisk 1 cup of rice flour or 1/2 cup rice flour and 1/4 cup flax and 1/4 cup walnut flour.mix in milk,applesauce and vanilla.spread in pan. pour syrup over top and bake for about 40 min.
- top with whipped cream
