Satisfying way to start the day.

Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup skim milk
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients in microwave safe bowl.

  2. Cook on high 2 1/2 minutes.

  3. Stir and enjoy.
