Spring salad with chicken and lime-ginger dressing.

Ingredients
1 T lime juice
1 T olive oil
1 t honey
1/4 t ginger, grated
1 pinch salt
1/8 t black pepper, crushed
1/8 c carrots, grated
3 oz spring greens
45 g chicken breast, cooked, cubed
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
