6 cups water
3 cups white wine
3 taespoons chili sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a large oven-safe pan or pot put your chicken breasts. Season chicken with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Slightly crush garlic cloves and add garlic and chopped onion to pan. Slice bacon into 1 inch pieces and add to pan. Add water, wine, tomato paste, chili sauce, bay leaves, and the rest of the salt and pepper to the pan.
