Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large oven-safe pan or pot put your chicken breasts. Season chicken with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Slightly crush garlic cloves and add garlic and chopped onion to pan. Slice bacon into 1 inch pieces and add to pan. Add water, wine, tomato paste, chili sauce, bay leaves, and the rest of the salt and pepper to the pan.
- Bake in 425 degree oven (uncovered) for 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 375 degrees, cover pan, and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Peel potatoes and cut into 1-1/2" pieces. Add to pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
