Almond Halwa

Makes 20 servings

Sweet asian dessert.

Ingredients
4 cups powdered milk
5 eggs
2 cups chopped almonds
2 cups ghee
2 cups sugar
Directions
  1. Heat ghee. Add powdered milk.

  2. Cook at low flame until it is golden brown.

  3. Add almonds and cook for another 5-8 minutes.

  4. Mixx eggs and sugar.

  5. Add the egg mixture in the powdered milk and mix fast.

  6. Keep mixing until the halwa begins to come away from the walls of the pan and forms a ball.

  7. Then put it in a tray and make into cubes.
