add a pinch of nutmeg. traditional

Ingredients
4 cups 2% milk
6 tbsp. rice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/16 tsp. salt
Directions
  1. add all ingredients in a large casserole

  2. bake for 1.5 hours at 300F

  3. stir 2 to 3 times during baking

  4. serve cold
