Salmon and Cannelini Bean Salad Recipe

A simple summer salad

Ingredients
4 oz salmon, cooked
3 oz cannelini beans, canned and drained
2 teaspoons olive oil
6 black olives
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 oz cucumber, diced
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 salt and pepper
4 oz romaine lettuce
Directions
Separate the salmon into flakes and combine with the other ingredients. Season well and serve on the lettuce
