Nice apatizer or side dish

Ingredients
For Sesame Dip: |
| 2 |
tbsp. soy sauce |
| 2 |
tbsp. dark sesame oil |
| 1 |
tbsp. rice wine vinegar |
| 1 |
scallion, thinly sliced |
| 1 |
tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted |
| 1/4 |
tsp. ground ginger |
For Spicy Meatballs: |
| 2 |
lbs. ground beef 90% |
| 1 |
onion, grated |
| 2 |
garlic cloves, crushed |
| 1 |
egg, beaten |
| 1 |
c. bread crumbs (made from toast) |
| 2 |
tbsp. tomato paste |
| 2 |
tbsp. paprika |
| 2 |
tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 1 |
Salt and pepper to taste |
| 3 |
tbsp. olive oil for frying |
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together to make sesame dip, and set aside.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a skillet, and cook meatballs, in batches, over medium heat for five minutes on until firm and cooked through.
- Serve warm with Sesame dip.
