This time they stayed as balls. And I changed the garbanzo beans to chick peas and got the correct nutritional values

Ingredients

oz chick peas (one can), drained and rinsed |
| 1 |
cup onion, rough chopped |
| 7 |
oz tofu |
| 2 |
tbsp garlic powder |
| 1 |
tbsp cumin |
| 1 |
tbsp curry powder |
| 6 |
tbsp whole wheat flour |
| 1 |
tsp baking powder |
| 2 |
tbsp lemon juice |
Directions
- mix ingredients in food processor.
- Place golf ball size balls onto greased (with spray) cookie sheet
- bake at 450 until golden brown
