Lamb Soup

Ingredients
2 l water
300 g lamb
1 carrot
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 cup celery
2 eggs
1/4 cup parsnip
1 tbsp tomato paste
Directions
  1. boil all ingredients except eggs and tomato paste

  2. add tomato paste and let it boil for 5 min

  3. add the eggs battered

  4. season with borsh and leustean
