Clare's Bread Recipe

Makes 17 servings


Very Filling, full of seeds

Ingredients
2 c white flour
2 tsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
2/3 tbsp yeast
2 c warm water
4 c flour, wholemeal
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
44 g sunflower seeds
1 cup water
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 95'C

  2. Whisk together white flour, sugar, salt & Yeast and add warm water. Whisk again.

  3. Add wholemeal flour, vinegar and seeds. Pour water over & mix. Should be like thick cake mix. Put in to oiled tin.

  4. Place bread in preheated oven for 30 min or until bread is doubled in height.

  5. Remove bread and turn oven up to 220'C. When oven is heated place bread back in and cook 30-35 min or until sounds hollow when base is tapped. Turn out straight away.
