| 1 | tbs extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/5 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp black pepper |
| 15 | oz can black beans |
| 1 | cup chopped mango |
| 1 | cup uncooked wild rice |
- Cook rice.
- Mix all ingredients together.
