Cheese Rolls by Terra Americana
| 1/2 | cup parmesan cheese, grated (or romano) |
| 1/2 | cup rice flour |
| 1/2 | cup arrowroot flour |
| 1/8 | cup powdered milk |
| 1/2 | tbsp oil |
| 1/3 | cup water |
| 1 | egg white |
| 1 | tsp flax seed, ground |
Blend all dry ingredients to gether. Ad liquids one by one. Dough will be sticky. Form into 4 balls. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until rolld become golden brown.Categories
