Scandinavian Potato Bread

Ingredients
| 1 |
kg white potatoes, peeled and mashed |
| 1/4 |
cup cream |
| 2 |
tbs butter |
| 1/2 |
tbs Salt |
| 600 |
g Wheat Flour, whole-grain |
| 1 |
tbs Sugar |
Directions
- Peel and boil potatoes until soft.
- Mash with cream, butter and salt added.
- Let the mixture get cold. (You can use leftover mashed potatoes instead)
- Add most of the flour, leaving some for later when rolling out.
- Separate into balls of individual serving size and roll out each paper thin.
- Bake rounds on grill, turning to brown lightly on each side.
- When done, place between a layer of kitchen towels to keep moist.
- Spread with a topping you like and then roll up.
- Enjoy
