Chicken and Basmati Rice Recipe

Simple rice and chicken recipe the whole family will like.

Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups chicken, thighs, meat only cut into bite size cubes
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash ground black pepper
1 diced small onion
3 clove garlic minced
1 diced green pepper
1 cooking spray (Olive Oil)
Directions
Brown the chicken seasoned with salt and pepper in a frying pan sprayed with olive oil. Add green pepper, garlic and onion and saute until transparent. Add rice and slightly toast. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until broth is absorbed and rice is done (about 25 to 30 minutes.)
