Passover
| 3 | large potatoes |
| 1 | cup Broccoli |
| 1 | cup 1% Milk |
| 3 | eggs |
| 3 | matzos |
| 8 | oz grated cheddar cheese |
- Peel Potatoes
- Boil until soft to mash
- Add Broccoli florets until tender
- drain and mash all
- add milk and mix until soupy
- add beaten eggs and broken matzo
- Place in greased casserole dish
- top with grated Cheddar Cheese
- bake 1 hour at 350 oven
