Passover

Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup 1% Milk
3 eggs
3 matzos
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Peel Potatoes

  2. Boil until soft to mash

  3. Add Broccoli florets until tender

  4. drain and mash all

  5. add milk and mix until soupy

  6. add beaten eggs and broken matzo

  7. Place in greased casserole dish

  8. top with grated Cheddar Cheese

  9. bake 1 hour at 350 oven
