Ingredients

green peppers |
| 1/4 |
cup long grain rice, uncooked |
| 1/2 |
lb ground turkey |
| 1 |
large onion, diced |
| 1 |
cup raisins |
| 1 1/2 |
cups diced tomatoes, undrained |
Directions
- cut the tops off peppers. put in boiling water for 5 minutes. remove and let cool.
- mix remaining ingredients. stuff into LARGE green peppers. make a few meatballs out of any stuffing that won't fit.
- place peppers and any meatballs into glass baking dish.
- bake at 350 for 90 minutes or until turkey at the middle of the peppers is fully cooked.
