Makes 1 serving

Almost 30g of Protein and 12g of fiber make this recipe a true winner. It tastes delish and so easy to make.

Ingredients
2 oz. Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
1/4 c 1% Cottage Cheese
1 egg white
1/2 c Wheat Bran
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and fry in a pan.

  2. The above ingredients may need to be tweeked a bit, if your burger turns out too runny, simply add more wheat bran.
