Ingredients

oz. Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained |
| 1/4 |
c 1% Cottage Cheese |
| 1 |
egg white |
| 1/2 |
c Wheat Bran |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and fry in a pan.
- The above ingredients may need to be tweeked a bit, if your burger turns out too runny, simply add more wheat bran.
