Squash and protein pie

Makes 4 servings

Fast Track recipe minus the berries for low-carb days.

Ingredients
2 eggs
28 g whey protein (1 scoop)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
3 c spaghetti squash, cooked
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and add 2 packets sweetener of choice. Pour into a pie pan and bake at 350 until well set (tester comes out clean). Cool and slice to serve.
