Xraybeotch's Spicy Orange Flank Steak Recipe

Tangy orange melds beautifully with robust garlic spicy pepper flakes, and salty soy sauce in this grilled beef entree.

Ingredients
2 pounds flank steak
2 tablespoon grated orange zest
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Stir together 1 tbsp orange zest , oj, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Coat steak in sauce. Spray grill with pam set grill to med. heat. Pour left over marinade into saucepan. Boil on high heat for 5 min.

  2. Grill steak all the while brush with marinade.

  3. Serve sliced and sprinkled with leftover orange zest.
