Goat Cheese, Herb, White Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients
6 ounces mixed salad greens
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Salt and pepper
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes (about 16)
1/2 cup cannellini beans
2 ounces goat cheese (about 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, torn, or 1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions
Place greens into a large bowl. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper, to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and toss. Divide the greens onto 4 plates, top each with about 7 tomatoes, 1/4 cup of beans and 2 tablespoons of goat cheese. Sprinkle with basil and serv
