| 6 | ounces mixed salad greens |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon Dijon mustard |
| 1 | Salt and pepper |
| 3/4 | cup cherry tomatoes (about 16) |
| 1/2 | cup cannellini beans |
| 2 | ounces goat cheese (about 1/2 cup) |
| 2 | tablespoons fresh basil leaves, torn, or 1 teaspoon dried basil |
Place greens into a large bowl. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper, to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and toss.
