| 410 | g apple, pink lady |
| 1/2 | tbsp cinnamon |
| 2 | tbsp brown sugar |
| 1 | tbsp coconut flakes |
| 2 | tsp butter |
- Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and coconut flakes in a bowl.
- Wash and core apples.
- Pour cinnamon mixture into cored apples.
- Top with a bit of butter.
- Wrap each apple in heavy duty foil.
- Grill or bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are softened.
