Grilled Apples W/ Cinnamon and Coconut Recipe

Delicious grilled apples.

Ingredients
410 g apple, pink lady
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tsp butter
Directions
  1. Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and coconut flakes in a bowl.

  2. Wash and core apples.

  3. Pour cinnamon mixture into cored apples.

  4. Top with a bit of butter.

  5. Wrap each apple in heavy duty foil.

  6. Grill or bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are softened.
