| 1/4 | cup oatmeal |
| 3 | egg whites |
| 1/4 | tbsp vanilla |
| 1 | tbsp cinnamon |
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Spray frying pan with non stick cooking spray
- Fry till golden brown
- Serve with 0 calorie butter spray and sugar free syrup (30 cals for 1/4 c)
- Can also be eaten with peanut butter, jam, or plain for a quick on the go snack!
