Flax Meal Pizza Crust Recipe

Low-carb pizza crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flax seed meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon splenda
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 eggs
1/2 cups water
Directions
Preheat oven 425. Mix dry, mix wet, mix together well. Let sit 5 minutes. Spread on non-stick baking sheet (silpat) or on parchment sprayed with non-stick coating. Bake 15-18 minutes until lt. brown, remove. Add toppings and reheat until done.
