Tzatziki Dip or Topping For Your Kebabs Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Yummy low calorie and refreshing dip for hot and spicy crisps or a yummy topping for falafal and kebabs, served in pitta.

Ingredients
1/2 Cucumber, Peeled and Chopped,
8 ounces natural yoghurt, greek style
1 teaspoon dried Mint,
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 Salt and Pepper, season to season
Directions
Peel and roughly chop and deseed the cucumber, mix the Cucumber, Yoghurt and Mint btogether season to taste and transfer to serving bowl. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
