A 4-layer pudding dessert
I usually use fat free cream-cheese, milk, and cool whip - still a once in a blue moon treat but something everyone loves and requests often.
Try changing the pudding flavor and adding some fruit.

Ingredients

cup flour |
| 1 |
cup butter |
| 1 |
cup powdered sugar |
| 8 |
ounce low fat cream cheese |
| 3 |
cups 1% milk |
| 2 |
(96g) packages chocolate pudding |
| 8 |
ounce cool whip |
| 2 |
ounces chopped walnuts |
Directions
- Mix flour and butter together for "pie" crust - pat into bottom of 9x12 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until brown.
- Mix 1 cup of cool whip with the powdered sugar and cream cheese - spread on top of cooled crust.
- Mix milk with instant pudding until smooth (about 2 minutes) and pour over top of second layer.
- Top with remaining cool whip and garnish with chopped walnuts.
