Try to use only raw nuts and seeds and fresh peanuts ground into peanut butter.
| 1/2 | T Raw Sunflower Seeds |
| 1/2 | T Raw Pumpkin Seeds |
| 1/2 | T Raw Sesame Seeds |
| 1/2 | T Raw Flaxseeds |
| 1/2 | T Peanut Butter, 100% Natural |
| 4 | Almonds |
| 4 | Pitted Dates |
| 1 | T warm water |
- In a nut grinder or coffee grinder, grind the nuts into a course powder. If you can't fit all the nuts in the grinder then seperate the nuts.
- In a food processor, process dates until chunky or slightly mushy.
- Add all ingredients into one bowl and add water. Mix thoroughly. If you want the mixture to be thinner just add a little more water and less water if you want it to be thicker. Enjoy!
