Nuts For Breakfast Recipe

Submitted by lisa_m

Makes 1 serving

Try to use only raw nuts and seeds and fresh peanuts ground into peanut butter.

Ingredients
1/2 T Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/2 T Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 T Raw Sesame Seeds
1/2 T Raw Flaxseeds
1/2 T Peanut Butter, 100% Natural
4 Almonds
4 Pitted Dates
1 T warm water
Directions
  1. In a nut grinder or coffee grinder, grind the nuts into a course powder. If you can't fit all the nuts in the grinder then seperate the nuts.

  2. In a food processor, process dates until chunky or slightly mushy.

  3. Add all ingredients into one bowl and add water. Mix thoroughly. If you want the mixture to be thinner just add a little more water and less water if you want it to be thicker. Enjoy!
