Gluten Free Rye Bread Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Rye and Glutn Free Flour mix, make in the bread machine

Ingredients
300 grams (Dove's Farm) Flour - Speciality Gluten Free
150 grams rye flour
1 tsp yeast
13 grams butter
2 tbsp dried skimmed milk
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp caraway seed
310 ml warm water
Directions
  1. Add to machine according to breadmaker instructions (wet first; dry; yeast on top)

  2. set to bake a large loaf

  3. done!
