Roasted brussel sprouts with garlic and cumin
| 1 | pound brussel sprouts |
| 1 | tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon minced garlic |
| 1/2 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/2 | teaspoon cumin |
| 1 | tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
- preheat oven to 425 degrees
- cut the stem end off brussel sprouts and mark the bottom with a shallow X
- toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and cumin
- roast brussel sprouts in a shallow baking pan for 20 to 25 minutes
- remove from oven and drizzel vinegar over the top
