| 1 | cup brown sugar, packed |
| 1/4 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup butter, softened |
| 2 | tbsp honey |
| 1 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | cup all-purpose flour |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 1/2 | cups rolled oats |
| 1 1/4 | cups crispy rice cereal |
| 1 | cup chopped pecans |
| 1 | cup raisins or chocolate chips |
| 1/3 | cup toasted wheat germ |
- Grease a microwave baking dish (12x8)
- In a large bowl, cream sugars with butter until light
- Beat in honey, vanilla, and egg. Blend well
- Gradually blend in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Beat at low speed
- Fold in remaining ingredients with a spoon
- Press firmly into the baking dish
- Microwave on Medium for 7-9 mins or until set
