| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 4 | tbsp basil |
| 2 | tbsp lemon juice |
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and basil to sprinkle on the salmon.
- You can bake the salmon or make it on the grill. Slather with the olive oil, lemon and basil mixture.
- Cook till the salmon starts to flake. Anywhere from 10-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
