Nice as topping for chicken pot pie or as small biscuit.Makes 10 small biscuits.
| 1 | tbsp sugar |
| 3 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | c rice flour |
| 1/3 | c corn starch |
| 2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/3 | c buttermilk |
- Mix sugar, butter and egg. Sift dry ingredients, add all together, alternating with buttermilk.
- Pat out on wax paper or drop on greased baking sheet.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 min.
