Almond Milk & Mango Smoothie Recipe

Another post-dental surgery treat

Ingredients
1/2 oz soy protein
8 oz almond milk
1/2 c mango
2 tbsp flax seeds
Directions
  1. Note: I use rice protein, not soy

  2. grind flax seeds in coffee grinder

  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth. It helps to add the frozen mango chunks a few at a time.

  4. Drink
