Another post-dental surgery treat
| 1/2 | oz soy protein |
| 8 | oz almond milk |
| 1/2 | c mango |
| 2 | tbsp flax seeds |
- Note: I use rice protein, not soy
- grind flax seeds in coffee grinder
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. It helps to add the frozen mango chunks a few at a time.
